By using our services, you agree to cooperate with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
a. ‘Clear Vantage’ refers to Clear Vantage Window Cleaning Pty Ltd, along with any staff or contractors involved in performing our cleaning services.
b. ‘Customer’ refers to the person, entity or their representative that has engaged Clear Vantage to perform cleaning services.
c. ‘Services’ refers to window cleaning, or any related cleaning tasks provided by Clear Vantage.
2. Scope of Services
a. Services will be provided as described in our quote or service agreement.
b. Glass is a porous material that can become stained if not maintained regularly. Therefore, results may vary depending on how well the glass has been maintained in the past. Our service includes the removal of all organic debris from the windows. Please understand that while we desire to achieve the best possible results, we don’t want to promise outcomes that could be influenced by factors outside of our control, like pre-existing conditions such as hard water staining or oxidation.
c. Our Services generally do not cover the removal of hard water stains, or any non-organic debris (such as paint, silicone, building materials) unless specifically mentioned in our quote.
3. Quotes
a. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances, such as excessive dirt, hazardous conditions or difficult accessibility.
If so, you will be notified prior to our starting the service.
b. Quotes may list site specific terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to those terms and conditions in addition to those listed in these Terms and Conditions.
c. All pricing is subject to 10% GST.
4. Customer Responsibilities
a. Customers must please ensure clear and safe access to all areas that require cleaning, and that they are structurally sound.
b. All windows must please be closed, and any fragile or valuable items must please be removed from the vicinity of the area to be cleaned prior to our arrival.
5. Access and Safety
a. Customers must please ensure clear and safe access to all areas that require cleaning, and that they are structurally sound.
b. The Customer must please inform Clear Vantage of any known hazards or risks on the property before the service begins.
c. Clear Vantage will not clean any areas that are considered to be inaccessible or unsafe on the day of service.
Any work not completed due to safety concerns will not be charged to the customer.
6. Payment Terms
a. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified.
b. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Please note that credit card payments will incur a processing surcharge.
Bank transfer details are listed on our invoice and will never be communicated via email.
c. A late payment fee of 10% of the invoiced value may apply for overdue invoices.
7. Liability and Insurance
a. The Customer understands and accepts that all equipment and techniques used by Clear Vantage are professional and will not scratch glass or any other surfaces to be cleaned. However, at times the cleaning process reveals scratches from prior attempts at cleaning or from being mishandled by other trades during installation or renovations.
Please note that Clear Vantage does not accept liability or responsibility for any scratches or damage of any kind, whether to glass, coatings or any other surfaces to be cleaned.
b. Clear Vantage must be informed by the Customer or any coating on the glass which may prohibit the use of standard professional window cleaning tools such as the use of pure water, mild detergents, squeegees, abrasive pads and scrapers.
Please note that Clear Vantage does not accept liability or responsibility for any damage caused by not being informed of any special cleaning methods other than the above mentioned.
c. Clear Vantage carries Public Liability Insurance in case we are ever responsible for causing accidental injury or damage to a person or their property.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
a. Please be assured that a friendly customer experience extends beyond completion of our services. If for some reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will eagerly do our best to rectify any issues or concerns.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
a. Customers must please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $88 inc GST.
b. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the service for safety reasons.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please note that any changes will be posted here on our website.
